If your people want to know what's happening behind the screen, we show them. Where the data goes. What the tools can and can't see. How the pieces fit. Plain language, so you feel in control.
4. It stays, and we check it stuck
Everything that worked goes into a shared place inside the tools you already use, so it doesn't live in one person's head. Then we come back and check: what's saving time, what isn't, what's next.
