We build your AI Engine: think of it as an operating system for your business. It puts AI where it saves the most time and makes the most difference, connected to the tools you already use. It grows piece by piece, your team learns to run it, and what we build is yours: it goes where your business goes.
Priced to your build. We scope it in Discovery and give you the number before you commit.
AI Training
Who it's for: You're paying for Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude and the team isn't using them. You want that fixed before you build anything.
Coached sessions in your actual work, not generic demos. Practical techniques in your real files, and the thinking behind them, so your people know what to use, when, and why it pays off.
From $3,250 + GST for the team.
How the training worksOur floor is a 2X return. If we can't see at least twice the return on what you'd invest, we tell you before you spend a dollar. That's the bar every build has to clear.

The method
1. Discovery
Two to three weeks. We look at what's costing you the most time and give you a readiness view and a roadmap across four things: your technology, your processes, your people and your clients. Not just the tech. You get a fixed price for the build at the end of it.
2. We build it
Four to eight weeks for one bottleneck. Built around your actual operations, not a template. We work out which parts are hard for your business, then bring in the AI specialists who have solved that exact problem before.
3. Your team learns it
Coached in their real work while we build. So it actually gets used, not shelved.
4. It keeps running
Monthly improvements. New modules when you need them.
On your data: it stays under your control. Safety rules set first, before any AI touches your work. Whatever tools you run.
